Preface:
Rai ICT system comes in 3 different systems, customer codes are:
- 16838
which is “SVILUPPO” this code is also used to communicate with VideoProgetti,
basic testing system, smaller than the others consist of only X servers (often
referred to as “SVIL”)
- 17752
which is “COLLAUDO”, advanced test system has better hardware compared to
“SVIL” which is similar to the hardware used on “PRODUCTION” there is also a
process to feed the databare with videofiles coming from “PRODUCTION” (often
referred to as “COLL”)
- 17755
which is “PRODUZIONE”, this is the main production system (often referred to as
“PROD”)
IMPORTANT NOTE: When replying to RAI ICT incidents in REMEDY if you need to forward the incident back to other groups (i.e. SOC or VP) DO NOT set the "Risolto" status otherwise the incident will enter an un-modificable status and no further e-mail will be sent for that incident.
